Please note: There is an application fee that will cover finding you the right home for your investment. Allot of these homes have been vacant for years but still have a strong brick foundation. Our job is to find the right one for you and your budget. Once you find the right home on our site under the “lra tab,” let us know and we will inspect the home and give you a break down on how much it will cost to fix the property. Credit assistants is also available when you sign up but not required purchasing any of these homes.
